Neny Garcia2025-08-08Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris of Parking 305 was extremely attentive and accessible. He answered all my questions, and put me at ease -- being that I was going by myself to the Coldplay concert. Importantly, I felt safe being driven to Hard Rock Stadium and dropped off right at the entrance. I highly recommend using Parking 305, and knowing that your car parked with them will be attended. Seena Jabr2025-08-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very responsive. Very smooth! Alaina W2025-07-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris was very responsive and quick to respond to any concerns I had. I love the fact that I was able to text him- especially because our concert started late and my time was going to go over. He responded immediately and said it was no problem. The homeowner where we parked was such a nice gentleman and even gave us water bottles when we came back to our car. I was extremely thankful because it was during a heat wave. He seemed like he genuinely liked having people park at his house and it made me feel comfortable leaving my car with him. Now, the only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of a confusion over a ride to the stadium entrance. I messaged Chris when I booked the parking that I just had surgery and was wondering if they could get me a parking spot closest to the entrance side, if possible. He responded back and said he would make my day as easy as possible and arrange a ride for me. I thought that was very accommodating and nice because his tone was complimentary. When we parked Chris said our ride was waiting for us(the homeowner) but he wanted $15 in cash. The stadium is a cashless venue so we did not bring any and also, we were not told in advance that the ride would be extra. A lady who also parked her car shared the ride with us so he ended up taking $10 from each of us via Cash app. I was caught off guard because if I would have known we would be charged for the ride, my husband would have dropped me off at the front gates at the stadium or at least brought cash. The homeowner seemed annoyed we didn't have cash so not sure if there was some sort of communication that was between him and Chris that didn't get back to me. If this incident did not happen, I would have given 5 stars. I would use this parking service again in the future if I went to another stadium event. I hope next time I can give a 5 star review because I was impressed with everything else. Mariana Feely2025-07-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic customer service. Days before the Coldplay concert they start by sending reminders, very professional and they answered any questions we had. It was a wonderful experience and super quick to get out since we weren't parked inside the stadium. Best option for parking! Krystal McCormick2025-07-28Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was a little hesitant about booking here at first but I'm so grateful we took the chance! We drove from Tampa to Miami to see Coldplay and didn't want to deal with stadium parking. From the moment I made the reservation, Chris sent me updates and detailed instructions regarding our parking spot, directions and venue information. When we arrived, he was outside waiting for us and gave us ice cold water. He even offered to give us a ride to the stadium, which was amazing on one of the hottest days of the year! 🥵 It was only a 20 minute walk back to our car after the concert and we were able to get on the road quickly while avoiding all the traffic. I will definitely use Parking 305 in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium ☺️☮️🚘🏁 helen2025-07-27Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used this for the Coldplay concert. Very easy, book online, park where directed by an attendant. The spot was about a 20 minute walk to the stadium but we were offered a ride for a small fee which we took advantage off and were dropped right outside the stadium. Getting out was easy, not trapped in a parking lot. Definitely would do this next time Pooja Khurana2025-07-27Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris and his team were great to work with. They were professional, insightful and helpful which made the whole process stress free. David Moore2025-07-27Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience parking here! It’s far cheaper than official event parking lots and the walk isn’t too far from the venue. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely park here again next year. Brian Domanico2025-07-27Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Parking305 online while looking where to offsite park for the Coldplay concert. This was my first time at the Hard Rock and hate the stadium lots. They did not disappoint, easy in and out which is what I want. Safe and easy walk to and from the stadium. Very helpful staff. Started receiving texts and emails about a week out with every detail for the day including show details…what parking group gives you that!! Great job 100% would recommend and 100% will use again. Linda Charris2025-07-27Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best place to park if you’re heading to the stadium! It’s at a good distance so you avoid all the traffic before and after concerts. Chris was super helpful and answered all my questions beforehand, even sending out tips to avoid any issues on the road or at the stadium. Water bottles were also provided when we got back to the car. Highly recommend!
