Where exactly is the parking location?

The parking address and check-in instructions will be shared with you after booking confirmation. All spots are on private lots less than a mile from the stadium for easy access!

Yes! Once you reserve, your spot is held exclusively for you.

We accommodate standard cars, SUVs, and small trucks. If you have an oversized vehicle or trailer, please contact us first.

Our spots are either grass or driveway. If you’re driving a low-clearance vehicle or need special accommodations, just let us know ahead of time—we’ll do our best to find the most suitable spot for you!

These are private residential spaces, often monitored by homeowners and/or cameras. However, please secure your belongings, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

Unless noted otherwise, most spots allow for “in and out” privileges. Please just be respectful of quiet hours.

There’s no specific check-in time — you’re free to arrive when it’s convenient for you. If you experience any delays or changes to your original ETA, just send us a quick text so we can stay updated!

We will email or text any major traffic updates before event days. Early arrival is always recommended during busy weekends!

We do not provide transportation services. However, we can help recommend nearby pedicab or shuttle options if needed.

Restrooms are not typically available at private parking locations unless specifically stated.

Out of respect for homeowners, tailgating, grilling, and setting up tents are not permitted unless otherwise stated.

We get it—plans change! If you need to cancel your parking reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival are non-refundable. Thanks for understanding!

Unfortunately, staying past your reserved time is not allowed. Vehicles that remain beyond the scheduled timeframe are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Please plan accordingly to avoid any issues!

No, your vehicle will not be blocked. All spots are arranged to allow easy in-and-out access, so you can leave whenever you’re ready—no waiting on anyone else.

By reserving a parking spot through Parking305, you confirm that your vehicle meets the minimum insurance requirements of your state. This includes liability coverage or any alternative financial responsibility required by law. For example, in California, the minimum coverage includes:

  • $15,000 for injury or death to one person
  • $30,000 for injury or death to multiple people
  • $5,000 for property damage

Please check your local state laws to ensure your coverage is compliant.

We do everything possible to prevent towing, including sending time reminders. However, in rare cases, if your reservation has ended, your car has not been moved, and you’re unresponsive, the host may initiate towing.
If you’re running late and can’t extend your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Even if your vehicle isn’t towed, you may be subject to a late fee for not vacating on time.

You can still reserve your parking spot even if you don’t have the rental details yet. Once you have the car information (make, model, and license plate), just email or text us, and we’ll update your reservation.

As comfy as your backseat might be after a long concert—no, overnight sleeping in your car isn’t allowed. But if you need help finding nearby lodging or want to arrange overnight parking (car only, not you), just let us know—we’re happy to help!
